Inter Miami CF officially announced the name, crest, and colors of the club. “This is such a proud day for myself and for the entire team. It’s an honor to announce the new name and crest to our fans,” said David Beckham, Inter Miami Owner. “We are taking another important step in establishing our club and today marks an important moment in the history of Club Internacional de Fútbol Miami.” “Our city and our fans draw their strength from the dreams of a global population that calls Miami home,” said Inter Miami Managing Owner Jorge Mas. “It is only fitting that our name pays tribute to the inclusiveness that makes us who we are.”

La academia viajó a Corea del Sur para participar en un torneo y jugó el primer partido en la historia del club. El equipo Sub-17-18 se convirtió en el primer equipo en competir llevando la insignia del club. Ganaron su partido contra Ansan 2-0.

Plastic pollution is a significant issue for the world, especially with regards to the ocean. The issue must be at the forefront of mind at all times to not only ensure continued awareness of, but also to remember that it is up to us to be part of the solution. With this in mind, Inter Miami launched its adidas Primeblue jersey made with Parley Ocean Plastic in collaboration with Major League Soccer ahead of World Oceans Day on June 8, becoming the first team in history to ever launch a jersey fully underwater.

Inter Miami unveiled XBTO, a prominent, global cryptofinance firm, as the first-ever Primary Jersey Sponsor for South Florida’s Major League Soccer (MLS) Club. The deal between Inter Miami and XBTO marks the first cryptofinance partnership in MLS.

Inter Miami players, Club co-owners and prominent members of the Miami tech community participated in the special event to discuss the partnership and the many benefits of the booming crypto industry.

Inspired by and designed for the fans of Inter Miami CF – the true heartbeat of the team – the kit is the first all-pink jersey in club history. On the cuff of the jersey sleeves and on the jock tag, the fans are represented by an M-shaped line embossed into the fabric. Illustrating how the fans are the heartbeat of the club, the M is designed like a line from an electrocardiogram (EKG). In an additional design touch reflecting the true spirit between the club and its supporters, there is an inscription on the back of the neck of jersey that reads “Libertad Para Soñar” (Freedom to Dream). The design and font utilized are from a tattoo of IMCF Owner and President of Soccer
Operations David Beckham. The words were originally scripted in the handwriting of Beckham’s close friend – the global superstar singer, songwriter, recording executive and actor Marc Anthony.

The City of Miami Commission made the people of Miami’s dream a reality, by voting to approve Miami Freedom Park. Miami Freedom Park will contain a 27,000-seat stadium, 750 hotel rooms, commercial and office space, community fields and the single largest public park in the city of Miami with over 58 acres of freely accessible, clean park land.

Inter Miami CF announced its 501©3 community-driven nonprofit arm, the Inter Miami CF Foundation on National Nonprofit Day. “Our goal through the Inter Miami CF Foundation is to harness the power of fútbol to break down barriers on and off the pitch, ensuring that youth across South Florida have the tools and support they need,” said Adriana Sandoval, Inter Miami CF Director of Community Engagement & Foundation.

Inter Miami qualified for the MLS Playoffs for the second time in three seasons by beating local rival Orlando City SC at DRV PNK Stadium 4-1, the largest margin of victory in the 2022 season. Leo Campana scored the fastest goal in Inter Miami CF History, scoring after 35 seconds.

Away at New England Revolution, Inter Miami made history for starting four Homegrown products in one match for the first time. Noah Allen, Ian Fray, David Ruiz and Benjamin Cremaschi were all included all of which played in the Inter Miami Academy and for the Second Team.

Inter Miami CF today announced the signing of seven-time Ballon d’Or winner and World Cup Champion, Lionel Messi.

Inter Miami CF announced today that it has signed Spanish national team defender and UEFA Euro winner, UEFA Champions League winner, UEFA Nations League winner, and six-time LaLiga winner Jordi Alba to a contract through the 2024 Major League Soccer (MLS) season, with a Club option for 2025. 

“Jordi is an accomplished, dynamic and experienced player that we’re excited to acquire to continue bolstering our squad. He has proven for over a decade that he is one of the best fullbacks in the sport due to both his defensive solidity and capacity to contribute in the attack. We know that he’ll help Inter Miami achieve the Club’s objectives this season and beyond,” said Chief Soccer Director and Sporting Director Chris Henderson.

Inter Miami CF announced that it has signed UEFA Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, and Conmebol Copa América winner and five-time LaLiga champion Luis Suárez to a contract running through the 2024 Major League Soccer (MLS) season. The iconic Uruguayan striker will join the team ahead of the 2024 MLS season after being named the Best Player and Best Striker in the Brazilian league thanks to his 26 goals and 17 assists over 53 appearances, and leading Grêmio to win the Campeonato Gaúcho and Recopa Gaúcha.

Inter Miami CF announced that it has named Argentina and FC Barcelona legend Javier Mascherano as its head coach, signing him to a contract through the 2027 Major League Soccer (MLS) season. The Argentine joins following a period as the head coach of the Argentina U-20 and Olympic national teams, and will assume coaching responsibilities at Inter Miami upon the receipt of his work documentation.

Inter Miami CF announced it has signed Argentine midfielder Rodrigo De Paul from Spanish giants Club Atlético de Madrid. De Paul will initially join the Club on loan through the 2025 Major League Soccer (MLS) season; the deal includes an option to make the transfer permanent through the 2029 MLS season. The World Cup champion and two-time CONMEBOL Copa América winner, regarded as one of the best in the world in his position, brings world-class quality to the midfield and adds elite, title-winning experience to the squad. The 31-year-old, nicknamed El Motorcito (the little engine) for his tireless work rate, will join the squad and begin training with the team upon the receipt of his P-1 Visa and ITC.

Inter Miami CF secured a resounding 5-1 win over New York City FC to be crowned Eastern Conference champion and win the third title in Club history, while also advancing to the MLS Cup presented by Audi for the first time. A hat-trick from Royal Caribbean Icon of the Match Tadeo Allende and goals from Mateo Silvetti and Telasco Segovia led the team to the historic victory at Chase Stadium. With the five goals on the night, Inter Miami has now scored 98 combined regular season and postseason goals in 2025, which is the most in a single season in MLS history.
